Webinar | “Drugs, Drivers, and Testing – Navigating the Challenges in Trucking"

2020 has been a surprising year for all of us. On top of the significant COVID-19 impacts, much has changed with regard to drug and alcohol testing – states continue to legalize marijuana for recreational use, and the Federal government is drafting and implementing new rules to make the detection of unauthorized drug use easier.

DriverReach is hosting an important webinar panel featuring three experts with perspectives ranging from legal to medical to law enforcement who will share critical updates regarding compliance, testing, and enforcement on what to anticipate this Fall and how to grapple with the evolving landscape.

The expert panelists will dive deep into:

  • Changes to Federal testing rules, including an update from the Clearinghouse, as well as COVID-19 waivers and exemptions
  • Collection activities such as the impacts of the Clearinghouse on the testing process and how COVID-19 impacts testing facilities
  • Changing state laws, including an overview of state laws and enforcement challenges and trends
