DriverReach Debuts New User Interface at ATA Management Conference & Exhibition

CDL applicant tracking system unveils enhanced UX for recruiters and drivers

Austin, Texas — October 27, 2018 - DriverReach, a mobile-enabled recruiting management system for hiring CDL drivers, today announces a new, modernized user interface for a smoother user experience at the American Trucking Associations Management Conference & Exhibition 2018 (booth #7069). The new DriverReach user interface provides additional functionality that exists nowhere else in the applicant tracking software space and features benefits for both driver applicants and recruiters themselves. MC&E is being held in Austin, TX at the Austin Convention Center from October 27 to 30.

The enhanced, intuitive design of the main driver application reduces risk of confusion or abandonment for the candidate with a clean, mobile-first interface, enabling candidates to complete an application quickly and efficiently. The updated applicant profile page provides increased visibility of all communications with the candidate via text, email and notes from phone interviews. Because the entire candidate relationship management process is managed centrally through their profile, the entire process is streamlined, making hiring much faster. The verification of employment (VOE) Plus page continues to provide a better experience for all by integrating with other previous employment databases, allowing carriers easier access to the information necessary to make a faster hire. Finally, improved reporting capabilities include the ability to track and measure sources generating leads to continually improve generation efforts.

“If we can help recruiters establish a better, more efficient hiring process, similar to teaching a man to fish and feeding him for life, it will not be a one-time solution. Instead, recruiters will be able to hire qualified drivers as often as they need to,” said Jeremy Reymer, CEO of DriverReach. “In order to continue providing recruiters with the tools they need to accomplish this, we must constantly be working towards developing the best interface and product possible, adapting as HR and recruiting technology continues to advance.”

DriverReach is planning several other features to be released in early 2019 to further expand their lead to bring the trucking industry to the modern era of recruiting technology. A few of these features will include a programmable recruiting chatbot, enhanced text-to-recruit functionality and automated interview scheduling.

To be among the first to hear about the new user interface, visit the DriverReach booth at MC&E (booth #7069) at the Austin Convention Center between Saturday, October 27 and Tuesday, October 30.
